【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesadynamicmethodusingdiffusionforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturescontainingcomponentmolefractionsrangingfrom109to103.Arelativeexpandeduncertaintyofmeasurement,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintybyacoveragefactork=2,ofnotgreaterthan_+2%canbeachievedbyusingthismethod,Bykeepingthepathbetweenthediffusionsourceandplaceofuseasshortaspossible,themethodcanbeappliedforthegenerationoflow-concentrationcalibrationgasesoforganiccomponentsthatareliquidatroomtemperature,withboilingpointsrangingfromabout40~Cto160~C.ThispartofISO6145isapplicablenotonlyforthegenerationofcalibrationgasmixturesofawiderangeofhydrocarbonsatambientandindoorairconcentrationlevels,butalsoforthegenerationoflow-concentrationgasmixturesofwater.
