【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesinformationontheselection,installation,useandmaintenanceofapparatusforthedetectionofcombustiblegasdesignedforcontinuousoperationinafixedinstallationindomesticpremisesasdescribedinEN50194.Thisguideshouldbereadinconjunctionwithanyadditionalrelevantnationalorlocalregulations.Theguidereferstotheinstallationoftwotypesofapparatusdesignedtooperateintheeventofanescapeoftowngas,naturalgasorliquefiedpetroleumgas.TypeAapparatus-toprovideavisualandaudiblealarmandanexecutiveactionintheformofanoutputsignalthatmayactuatedirectlyorindirectlyashut-offdeviceand/orotherancillarydevice.TypeBapparatus-toprovidevisualandaudiblealarmonly.Thisguideisnotapplicabletotheuseofapparatus:-usedinboats,caravansormobilehomes;-forthedetectionoftoxicgasessuchascarbonmonoxide,seeEN50292;-forindustrialorcommercialpremises,seeEN50073.
