【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofmainandauxiliarycoolingwatersystemsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecovers:-pumpintakescreeningplant(coarseandfinescreens)andassociatedcleaningsystems;-pressurefilters;-pipeworkandvalves;-penstockgates;-primingandventingequipment;-dewateringfacilities;-surgesuppressionequipment;-cathodicprotectionequipment;-chemicaltreatment.ThisGuidedoesnotcover:-maincoolingwaterpumpsandassociatedauxiliaries;-auxiliarycoolingwaterpumps;-condenserplant;-auxiliaryplantheatexchangers;-coolingtowers;-rawwatertreatmentplant;-civilwork.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,suchascoolingwaterpumps,condenser,etc.;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
