【摘要】:Transparentparts,suchasaircraftwindshieldsandwindows,canbeinspectedusingthispractice,andtheamountofopticaldistortionordeviationcanbemeasured.Themeasurementcanbecheckedforacceptabilityagainstthespecificationforthepart.Thephotograph(digitalfile,printornegative)canbemaintainedasapermanentrecordoftheopticalqualityofthepart.1.1Thisphotographicpracticedeterminestheopticaldistortionanddeviationofalineofsightthroughasimpletransparentpart,suchasacommercialaircraftwindshieldoracabinwindow.Thispracticeappliestoessentiallyflatornearlyflatpartsandmaynotbesuitableforhighlycurvedmaterials.1.2TestMethodF801addressesopticaldeviation(angluardeviation)andTestMethodF2156addressesopticaldistortionusinggridlineslope.ThesetestmethodsshouldbeusedinsteadofPracticeF733wheneverpractical.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
