【摘要】:TheprimarypurposeofISO/IEC19788istospecifymetadataelementsandtheirattributesforthedescriptionoflearningresources.Thisincludestherulesgoverningtheidentificationofdataelementsandthespecificationoftheirattributes.NOTEAllconceptsaredefinedinClause3.ISO/IEC19788providesdataelementsforthedescriptionoflearningresourcesandresourcesdirectlyrelatedtolearningresources.ThispartofISO/IEC19788providesprinciples,rulesandstructuresforthespecificationofthedescriptionofalearningresource;itidentifiesandspecifiestheattributesofadataelementaswellastherulesgoverningtheiruse.ThekeyprinciplesstatedinthispartofISO/IEC19788areinformedbyauserrequirements-drivencontextwiththeaimofsupportingmultilingualandculturaladaptabilityrequirementsfromaglobalperspective.ThispartofISO/IEC19788isinformation-technology-neutralanddefinesasetofcommonapproaches,i.e.methodologiesandconstructs,whichapplytothedevelopmentofthesubsequentpartsofISO/IEC19788.
