【摘要】:Becauseofconcernsforsafetyandtheprotectionofnuclearmaterialsfromtheft,stringentspecificationsareplacedonchemicalprocessesandthechemicalandphysicalpropertiesofnuclearmaterials.Strictrequirementsforthecontrolandaccountabilityofnuclearmaterialsareimposedontheusersofthosematerials.Therefore,whenanalysesaremadebyalaboratorytosupportaprojectsuchasthefabricationofnuclearfuelmaterials,variousperformancerequirementsmaybeimposedonthelaboratory.Onesuchrequirementisoftentheuseofqualifiedmethods.Theirusegivesgreaterassurancethatthedataproducedwillbesatisfactoryfortheintendeduseofthosedata.Aqualifiedmethodwillhelpassurethatthedataproducedwillbecomparabletodataproducedbythesamequalifiedmethodinotherlaboratories.Thisguideprovidesguidanceforqualifyingmeasurementmethodsandformaintainingqualification.Eventhoughallpracticeswouldbeusedformostqualificationprograms,theremaybesituationsinwhichonlyaselectedportionwouldberequired.Careshouldbetaken,however,thattheeffectivenessofqualificationisnotreducedwhenapplyingthesepracticesselectively.Therecommendedpracticesinthisguidearegeneric;basedonthesepractices,specificactionsshouldbedevelopedtoestablishaqualificationprogram.1.1Thisguideprovidesguidanceforselecting,validating,andqualifyingmeasurementmethodswhenqualificationisrequiredforaspecificprogram.Therecommendedpracticespresentedinthisguideprovideamajorpartofaqualityassuranceprogramforthelaboratorydata(see).Qualificationhelpstoassurethatthedataproducedwillmeetestablishedrequirements.1.2Theactivitiesintendedtoassurethequalityofanalyticallaboratorymeasurementdataarediagrammedin.Discussionandguidancerelatedtosomeoftheseactivitiesappearinthefollowingsections:SectionSelectionofMeasurementMethods5ValidationofMeasurementMethods6QualificationofMeasurementMethods7Control8PersonnelQualification9【英文标准名称】:Eurocode3:Designofsteelstructures-Part3-2:Towers,mastsandchimneys-Chimneys;GermanversionEN1993-3-2:2006
